David F. Steele
CPA, CA

David has been with the firm since 1995. He began as a staff accountant and worked with his father, one of the founding partners of Steele & Co. He has experience in dealing with accounting, income tax and operational issues encountered by small and mid-sized businesses and personal income tax issues. David was born and raised in Vancouver, and enjoys sports and spending time with family.

Erica N. Kovach
CPA, CA

Erica has been with Steele & Co. since 2004. Erica joined the firm as a staff accountant and has never looked back. She is fully versed in, and familiar with, tax issues, accounting needs and not-for-profit and crown corporation audits and filing requirements and can help you navigate the sometimes confusing world of tax and accounting. Erica was born and raised in BC, is an avid reader and loves swimming.

Stanley Sze-To
CPA

Stanley joined Steele & Co. in 2019 and has been in public practice for more than 12 years. He is dedicated to helping both individual and corporate clients prepare tax, trust and information returns. Stanley is very detailed, speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and specializes in compilation and review of financial statements and bookkeeping. Stanley’s passion is photography and when he is not taking pictures, he enjoys traveling and learning about the history and culture of an area.

Kar Wai Kam (Peter)
CPA, CGA

Peter has been with Steele & Co. since 2020 and has been in public practice for more than 12 years. He specializes in audits for non-for-profit organizations, reviews, compilation engagements, and tax. Peter is very energetic and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and listening to the different types of music such as jazz, rock and classical. He enjoys playing the drums and can be found in any one of the city’s record stores on the weekends.
